At Ar-Rahmah, we want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience, and that’s why we’ve outlined our delivery & returns policies below.
1. Order Processing:
– Upon receiving your order and payment, we aim to dispatch the order within 3 days.
2. Order Tracking:
– Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number,
allowing you to monitor your package’s journey.
3. Delivery Partners:
– We partner with reliable delivery services such as USPS, UPS, DHL and FedEx.
4. Shipping Fees:
– Shipping charges cover all handling, packing and postage costs.
– For larger orders, you will be charged for shipping separately, once we have determined
the most cost-effective method for shipment.
5. International Shipping
– Please note that you will be responsible for all taxes and duties charged to the order.
– International orders may face additional delays due to customs clearance procedures.
1. Return Period:
– We have a 10-day return policy; you have 10 days after receiving your order to request
a return.
2. Return Eligibility:
– To be eligible for return, the items must be new and unused and in the original
packaging.
– A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
3. Damaged/Incorrect Items:
– If the item you received was damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us
immediately at info@arrahmahbooks.com. We will work with you to promptly resolve
the issue.
4. Initiating a Return:
– Please contact us at: info@arrahmahbooks.com and further details will be given.
– Items sent back without prior request for return will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to
a mistake on our part or the item is defective/damaged.
6. Refunds:
– Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will be notified of the return
approval or rejection.
– If the return was approved, you will be refunded your payment immediately. (Kindly
note that it may take a few days for the bank or credit card company to process the
refund.)
– If more than 14 business days have passed since receiving the email for the return
approval and you still have not received the refund, please contact us at

place a new order for the desired item.
