The Incoherence of the Philosophers
This work is the English translation of the highly regarded work by one of Islam’s greatest thinkers, Imam al-Ghazali, titled, Tahafat al-Falasifah. In the book, Imam al-Ghazali contends that, although Muslim philosophers such as Al-Farābī and Ibn Sīnā boasted of absolutely unassailable arguments on crucial matters of theology and metaphysics, they could not, in fact, deliver on their claims. Additionally some of their assertions represented mere disguised heresy and unbelief.
